Customising of organic cotton products

Bo Weevil specialises in developing and producing personalised cotton products, such as bags, toiletry items, dishcloths, and sleep masks. All our personalised cotton products are always made from GOTS or GRS certified cotton. We place great importance on ensuring that the products we develop and produce are in harmony with nature and with the working conditions of the farmers and employees in the workshop.

There are various options for personalising products. Firstly, all cotton products from the standard Bo Weevil range can be customised. This can be done through printing and embroidery. Smaller runs (minimum of 100 pieces) are possible.

For the perfect branding of your company or brand, it is possible to create your own design. Consider a specific bag, a lanyard, or a special inner lining for a toiletry bag; there are many possibilities. Developing and producing your own design is possible from 500 pieces.

Customised products are produced at various locations.

Partners in the Netherlands

We collaborate with several GOTS-certified printers in the Netherlands to personalise cotton products from Bo Weevil’s standard range. The advantages of production in the Netherlands include the ability to produce small quantities (minimum of 100 pieces) and a quick turnaround time. Typically, the delivery time is between 10 and 14 days.

Products can be printed on one or both sides. We recommend using a maximum of three colours per print. Pricing is based on the chosen product, the quantities, and the desired print.

In addition to GOTS-certified printers, we also work with GOTS-certified embroidery companies. The same options apply for embroidery as for printing.

Production location in India

In India we work with a manufacturer who produces all our high-quality bags, toiletry bags and pouches. The possibilities for personalising products in India are very extensive. A major advantage of production in India is that your own designs can be realised. You can choose from different types of fabric, colours, and sizes, after which the products can be printed, embroidered or labelled. The options are virtually limitless.

Please note: Products made from net fabric cannot be printed or embroidered. However, these items can be fitted with a textile label featuring a logo or name. The conditions for production in India are a minimum order quantity of 500 pieces per model and a delivery time of approximately 3 months.

Pricing is determined based on the design and the quantity of pieces.

Production Location in Turkey

We have our organic cotton bath textiles produced in Turkey. The options for personalising bath textiles are extensive. Towels or bathrobes can be made in any desired colour, and the items can be immediately customised with an embroidered logo and/or textile label.

The minimum order quantity for personalised bath textiles depends on the type of product and therefore cannot be determined in advance. For small towels, the minimum quantity is often higher than for large towels. For bathrobes, there is a minimum order quantity of 300 pieces, available in various sizes.

It is not possible to print towels made from 100% organic cotton, as our bath textiles consist of cotton loops and paint does not adhere well to these loops.
